Cabbage Crunch Slaw (by Tonya Cole Lightfoot)

  • ½ head Red Cabbage, Chopped
  • ½ head Green Cabbage, Chopped
  • 5 Green Onions, Chopped
  • ¼ Cup Black Sesame Seeds
  • 1 cup Slivered Almonds

Dressing:

  • 1/3 Cup Olive Oil (or a tiny bit less)
  • 1/3 Cup Raw Apple Cider Vinegar
  • ¼ cup Raw Honey
  • 1 tsp Nature’s Cargo (or Celtic) Salt

Mix all ingredients well (I like to get in there with my hands and massage everything together) and chill for one hour before serving.
